Fan Use Policy
We’re frequently asked whether and how gamers and fans can use or build upon our artwork, text, game rules, or other intellectual property in web sites or communities they develop. Generally speaking, we’re thrilled when gamers want to share and show off their interest in our games and properties, so we put together some guidelines on what we think is cool, and what sort of use isn’t appropriate. Our Fan Use Policy spells out the basics of what you can and cannot do when you work with our intellectual property.
Cypher System Creator Program
If you want to get your feet wet as a professional game designer, we also have the Cypher System Creator program, which lets you publish and sell your own creations (on DriveThruRPG.com) that are compatible with the Cypher System.
