Monte Cook Games, LLC, the company behind the award-winning tabletop roleplaying games Numenera, Invisible Sun, No Thank You, Evil!, and the Cypher System, is very pleased to announce that Jennifer Walls is joining the MCG team as Customer Support Coordinator as of June, 2019.
In this role, Jen will ensure MCG customers receive the highest quality support in a timely manner. Jen brings 15 years of customer-facing, support-intensive work experience to the job.

Jen had her first experience with roleplaying games when she played D&D with her boyfriend (now husband) in college, but her interest really took off years later with the launch of MCG’s flagship RPG Numenera. The player-driven, story-based gameplay and bizarre yet beautiful setting immediately transformed a long-time casual observer into a full-fledged gamer in just one session. Since then, Jennifer co-founded the Norwin Game Knights, a western Pennsylvania gaming organization of over 150 members, as well as the charitable organization Lawful Good Gaming. Her love for Numenera continues, and she plays many other RPGs as well. She resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband James, their three children, and one awesome doggo.
The addition of Jennifer to Team MCG further establishes the company as an increasingly important leader in the RPG industry.
